Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of cosmetic and self-care products, Ananta Forest follows a strict return and refund policy.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged product
• You received an incorrect product
• Items are missing from your order

3. Return Time Window

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests after 48 hours will not be accepted.

4. Return Conditions

• Products must be unused and unopened
• Original packaging must be intact
• Sealed cosmetic products must not be opened

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, and your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened or used hair oil bottles
• Opened cosmetic products
• Products damaged after delivery
